I lean in the direction of a helpful approach called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a highly focused therapy shown to be the best treatment for various problems. It is an active, goal-oriented treatment aimed at solving problems. I will utilize other ways and techniques of helping you to overcome whatever life brings.

I typically work with adults ages 18+. I typically do individual therapy. In my 20 years of practice, I have worked in different areas of this field and am comfortable in any setting. I am most comfortable treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and cultural issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
I started my journey as a child protective social worker. I have worked in many different areas such as hospital settings, case management, and prison settings. I am driven to do this work because I enjoy seeing people reach goals or learn coping skills to assist them. I do enjoy hearing about life journeys.
