My approach
My primary focus is to work with clients to find their path, discover joy, and obtain inner peace - all leading to a higher sense of self-love and true purpose. My passion is to help individuals heal and navigate through life challenges, whether it be a new baby, a new job, or simply imagining a new you! I utilize a strengths perspective approach to guide clients in harnessing their resiliency to reach inner harmony and feel secure and whole. There are various therapy modalities that can be part of a treatment plan, many of which I am trained in, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Modification, Strengths Perspective, Solution Focused, Grief Work, Family Work, and Mindfulness. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that best meets your goals while getting to know all about you.

My journey to mental healthcare
I'm a mental health professional with over 17 years of experience as a licensed clinician, clinical supervisor, and former director of an intensive behavioral program. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California from 2004–2006. I began my clinical hours for licensure in July 2006 and completed them in July 2012. My extensive experience has exposed me to all facets of mental health struggles, so remember, you are not alone. I will leverage that insight to support you.
