As a licensed clinical social worker, I am passionate about supporting individuals in identifying their own path toward their mental health goals. With a Master's degree in Social Work with an Emphasis on Hispanic Culture from Our Lady of the Lake University, I bring a diverse background and skill set to my therapy practice.

I have worked with clients in various settings, including community-based, outpatient, inpatient, and correctional environments. Drawing upon modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma, and more. My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. Inspired by my own experiences and those of loved ones, I pursued a career in social work to gain the knowledge and skills needed to support others in their healing process.
