Hi there, I'm Samantha!

My name is Samantha Green, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in the field of helping others live a more authentic, aligned, and healthy life. I currently work in community mental health and have a colorful background working with those who come from challenging backgrounds and environments. I like to use a person-centered, relational approach to therapy with the understanding and patience that therapy is often a slow and steady process. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and I have experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have spent many years trying to understand how trauma affects our behaviors and livelihood, and I feel a special connection to trauma work. I understand that therapy can be scary for those who are not familiar with the process. Still, I believe with willingness, and we can make the changes necessary to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I hope to hear from you soon and assist you in your journey.
