Hello, my name is Jeffrey Bush. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of clinical experience. I believe that cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they are. I pledge to always do my best for you.
My approach
I practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but believe the client's language should drive their journey. Being heard and understood is a partnership. Cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they really are. I pledge to always do my best for you.
My focus
I'm comfortable with a very wide range of clients and issues. If it isn't in my wheelhouse I will always refer to a therapist that might be a better fit.
My communication style
I am reasonably upbeat and try to explore solutions with a hopeful perspective. I bring life experience which informs my clinical support.
My journey to mental healthcare
Married, 5 kids, (3 adopted), cats and dogs, successes and failures in both business and personal life. I continue to learn how to navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose in helping others.
My goals for you
Clients know why they come to counseling and so also have goals in mind. Helping get to reasonable and achievable can often be collaborative.

Lots of listening, plenty of questions, and a sense of how to best move forward.
