Hi there, I'm Tara!

Trauma doesn’t have to hold you captive. You can get free from childhood trauma and trauma from traumatic and stressful life experiences. I have special experience working with professional women who have experienced narcissistic abuse, and unhealthy relationships. I also love working with clients who desire to uplevel in their careers and make major life changes. I believe every person should have a life filled with joy and purpose. My ultimate goal is that you are able to heal, create and enjoy your life. I believe that depression, anxiety, feelings of perfectionism, self-critical, and people-pleasing are all signs of past trauma that may be lingering. I say, ” Restoring your confidence is big in restoring your gifts, light, and life”. Creating new standards in relationships, adopting soulful self-care habits, and identifying unhealthy people are important to allowing good relationships. I believe that every woman is capable of having fun, loving relationships even after experiencing bad ones. I say, ” They just have to learn the skills of what to look for and heal their past pain.” I experienced my own beautiful relationship story after being a single mom for 10 years. I believe in using a variety of tools to help my clients move to their next best level. I have been helping clients live successful full lives for over 10 years in the Mental health field. I hold a Master of Science degree from Mercer University. When I am not working, You can find me doing DIY projects around the house and hanging out with my family.
