My career as a therapist evolved from life experiences, amazing mentors, and an ongoing curiosity and joy of learning and growing.
My first session with you
The initial session will be a brief 15-20min comprehensive PSYCHIATRIC DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION allowing to: 1) Answer any questions you may have; 2) Complete the "Diagnostic Evaluation/Intake Assessment" required by your insurance to document medical necessity; 3) Primarily be asking you about current concerns, functioning, history, as well as future desired outcomes; 4) Gather information to best determine recommendations & a personalized treatment plan going forward; and 5) Decide if a good fit & therapeutic alliance allow for scheduling desired duration & frequency of sessions
