My name is Sarah White, MS, LPC. My approach is Solution Focused Brief Therapy with an eclectic style. I specialize in PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety and Depression.

I work with individuals that struggle Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and other mental illnesses while helping them find their inner peace and balance. My client are free to express themselves without judgement in a safe, empathic, and authentic space.

20+ years in medical and seeing the need for mental health care. Having family members in need of mental health care. I am driving to helping others.
