Hi there, I'm Taleatha!

Greetings, My name is Taleatha Welch. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Practitioner of The Healing Arts. I believe in a communitarian approach, placing significance on the person and their environment, and meeting each individual where they are in the moment.

My approach

I have been trained from a strengths-based, family-centered approach. We will utilize Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to enhance coping strategies for use in everyday life and situations.

My focus

I work with issues such as PTSD, Mild-Moderate Depression, Anxiety, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief and Bereavement

I strive to build a genuine connection with my clients by fostering an environment of transparency and support. Remember, you are the expert in your journey, and I am here to assist.
