My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare was driven by a profound desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives. Witnessing the transformative power of compassionate mental health support inspired me to pursue this path. I am motivated by the resilience of my patients and the opportunity to contribute positively to their well-being.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as a collaborative process, working closely with patients to identify their personal aspirations and therapeutic objectives. Together, we develop realistic, achievable goals tailored to their unique needs and circumstances, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals to reflect progress and changing priorities.

Our first session

During a first session, patients can expect a thorough and compassionate assessment of their mental health needs. We will discuss their current concerns, medical history, and any previous treatments. This session is an opportunity for me to understand their goals and for them to ask questions, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
