My style is open and honest. I want you to feel comfortable and truly heard through active listening. Many clients have told me they finally feel listened to in our work together. I approach each person with empathy and treat you the way I would want to be treated—with respect and genuine care.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare began during my time in the military. After serving, I worked with the Veteran population and witnessed loved ones struggle with mental health. I knew I wanted to help others live their best lives and become the best versions of themselves. Life's too short—I want to help as much as possible.

My goals for you

When setting goals, I discuss your expectations and offer realistic input. One thing I make clear: mental health is a marathon, not a sprint. We'll work together at a pace that honors your journey and supports sustainable progress toward the life you want.

Our first session

Our first session is about getting to know you. I'll ask questions to understand your experiences, assess your needs, and discuss treatment options that fit your symptoms. We'll also talk about your goals and expectations moving forward, so we're aligned on the path ahead.
