Hi there, I'm Jannessa!

Hello! I am Jannessa Hardin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing high quality therapy by incorporating the principles of Cognitive Behavior Therapy & Motivational Interviewing.

My approach

I take a humanistic approach by empowering you to resolve your issue/s under my guidance. I believe that everyone has within themselves the resources to live functional and healthy lives. I also take a cognitive approach by assessing thinking patterns and setting goals with you.

My focus

I see adults ages 18 and up who are experiencing relationship issues, anxiety and stress.

My communication style

I will actively engage with you to let you know that I am listening, that I care and that there is hope for your future

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a therapist because I am interested in people and their well-being. Each individual seeking therapy is like a puzzle that wants to be solved and I believe I have the compassion and insight needed to help cope with life’s issues.
