Hello! My name is Myranda Hardy, I am a licensed clinical social worker with a genuine passion for empowering individuals to live their lives to the fullest. In doing so, I have helped hundreds of people have a deeper sense of connection to their lives, and have allowed them to create better relationships and happiness.

My approach

My approach is individualized as there is no one size fits all plan. I lean into a person's strengths to tailor treatment. I most often utilize ACT, DBT, CBT and motivational interviewing approaches, accompanied by client centered therapy.

My focus

I have helped people increase their self-compassion, lower anxiety and depression levels, and assist people in a wide variety of adaptive coping skills. When people feel stuck, I have worked with them on gaining traction in their lives and helping them to have fulfilling experiences. My dedication to mental health and well-being drives me to provide personalized support and guidance, tailored to each person's unique circumstances. Whether it's helping individuals navigate through challenging life transitions, managing stress, or coping with emotional difficulties, I am committed to fostering growth and resilience.
