Tarina Watson, LCSW. I am committed to helping my clients find the best solution for them. I enjoy building relationships and allowing my clients to feel empowered as they reach and explore their goals or challenges.

My approach

Client-Centered, Solution Focused, EMDR, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma focused-CBT.

I have several years of experience working with adolescents as well as all stages of life.

My communication style

I provide a relaxing non-judgmental atmosphere. I go at my clients' pace and try to utilize mindfulness activities when appropriate. I hope to create a welcoming environment with authenticity and unconditional positive regard.

I truly enjoy helping others process a situation or a problem. I believe that feeling and being heard are what help all of us to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals.
