My name is Keli Reams. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR. I primarily work with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.

My focus
I am most comfortable with treating symptoms of Anxiety. I enjoy working with this population and have found my work in this area to be very effective.
My communication style
I provide an open, safe, and comfortable space for clients to share their experiences with me. I often use humor as well to add to my approaches and normalize feelings.
My journey to mental healthcare
I love helping others to identify their passions, find what may be holding them back, and clear any barriers out of the way. I am passionate about this work and believe that the process is a beautiful journey to be a part of.
My goals for you
I collaborate with my clients and ask them what they would like to work toward and/or achieve during our time together. I build off this information to establish realistic goals and revise as needed.
My first session with you
The first session, is not what the remainder of sessions will look like as this tends to be more of an information gathering session in order to maximize the results moving forward.
