I always got feedback from people in my life that I was a good listener and often people told me they felt better after telling me their story.
My goals for you
I find that many clients improve their ability to self-regulate from emotions that cause physiological symptoms and report at least a 30% improvement as a result of an episode or care.

I will provide standard intake questions. I will discuss my approach in more detail and invite the client to share any questions, comments, or concerns.
