My theoretical approaches are client-centered, holistic, and mindfulness with an emphasis on Cognitive Theory.
My focus
I work with all ages and individuals; I also have a strong connection with women experiencing Post -Partum Depression and any women's issues.
My communication style
I provide a safe, secure, and relaxed environment from my office as well as telehealth. Collaborating with me feels very relaxed and comfortable. Many people have told me that I am easy to talk to and bond with.
