I’m Randy Cruz; a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion is to provide support to teenagers and adults who are experiencing difficulties reaching their full potential in life due to both internal and external hardships.
My approach
Throughout my clinical experience, I’ve utilized a variety of techniques which consists of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, increasing self-worth, work/life balance, and stress management.

I hold a genuine passion for helping teenagers and adults who are struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma symptoms, anger management, and those who are experiencing difficulties adjusting to significant life changes.

My journey to mental healthcare
Aside from the fact that mental health is a prevalent career choice in my family, I’ve always enjoyed helping people, family, and friends since childhood; and noticing how lifted they feel as they gradually begin to change the trajectory of their life around for the better.
My goals for you
Very rarely do we experience a difficult challenge that can be vanquished overnight. Depending on your particular challenge, we can expect to learn healthy techniques to resolve conflicts, as well as to identify disruptive/adverse thought patterns to gradually reconstruct neurological processes to assist in alleviating negative mental health symptoms.

Clients can expect to control the pace in the first session in order to set the course throughout their journey in treatment.
