I have worked in the field for many years because clients are able to make meaningful changes and improvements in their lives. I have seen it be very helpful which is wonderful and very rewarding!
My goals for you
I utilize Motivational Interviewing to discover the goals that the client will find meaningful and are possible to accomplish. We will work to identify and create smaller progressive steps in order to build the experience of better meeting one's true needs and exercising personal agency.
My first session with you
In the first session, I will be getting to know the current concerns and goals of the new client. I am interactive and will also gather an understanding of any past concerns that may be surfacing currently.
