We will take this journey and process together at your pace. We will set goals and work on achieving these together. By setting goals, you will be able to see the progress you have made along your journey. You will receive an unbiased and professional perspective to gain insight into your life. I will give compassion, empathy, and honesty. Treatment approach: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Trauma Focused

I have wanted to help others since I can remember. I set my goal to become a therapist when I was 13 years old. I have always had a big heart and have been through several hardships which has increased my skills and knowledge when processing issues and concerns. I care deeply about others and their success.
