Hi there, I'm Vania!

The feelings that arise when experiencing difficult times are more challenging to manage when we do it alone. Therapy offers the opportunity to learn to work on those feelings or symptoms collaboratively so you do not have to go through it yourself. As a therapist for the past 10 years, I have been providing individual psychotherapy to socio-culturally diverse clients experiencing Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, and Mood disorders.
