I am a graduate of UCLA and Pepperdine University. In 2013, my group founded Southern California Therapy on Larchmont Blvd in Los Angeles. A second office opened in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2015.
My approach
If you feel stuck by your past, if you worry about the future, if you second guess what steps to take in the present, help is available. Through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, it is possible to achieve a greater sense of emotional well-being, increased self-awareness, better intimate relationships, and a more resilient state of emotional health. Using a modern and mindful approach to therapy, issues related to panic attacks, addictions, anxiety, depression, and dysfunctional relationships are processed from a supportive, strengths-based position that helps facilitate insight and change.
My focus
For couples counseling, therapy is a time to explore patterns, emotions, and unique dynamics from a safe and supportive position. By disarming defenses and looking at unstable interactions, we can (re)establish homeostasis and increase intimacy. Some common areas that I assist couples with include resentment, trust, respect, infidelity, and expectations.
My communication style
Supportive, nurturing, motivational, and collaborative.
My journey to mental healthcare
Previous career in the entertainment/music industry. Graduate of UCLA and Pepperdine. Trained at Southern California Counseling Center and Well Baby Center.
My goals for you
