Hi there, I'm Alissa!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida with over seven years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, addiction, incarceration, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic diagnoses, and ADHD. I have also engaged in therapy with clients who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and client-focused. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solutions-focused, and trauma-informed care. I will facilitate our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes a great deal of courage to seek a more fulfilling life and take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I will support and empower you.
