I work mainly with clients who experience depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes. The foundation of my therapy approach begins with compassion, empathy, dignity, and respect. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

My journey to mental healthcare
I have always been interested in the mental health field. Having close family members who suffer from mental illness helped with my decision to become a therapist. I love my career and how I can help others overcome their challenges.

My first session with you
I try hard to help the client feel comfortable sharing their issues with me. Depending on the situation I will start off clients with an easy coping skill to help with their sleep issues, depression, or anxiety.
