She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Raquel is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with strong counseling abilities. Raquel utilizes an integrative approach, to include Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.
