As a therapist, I center your therapy session around what is best for you. During your session, you will find that I utilize client-centered communication in a friendly and non-judgmental manner. My goal is to ensure that you feel heard and respected. I hold a Master's Degree from The University of Akron LCSW. I am a Florida-based therapist with experience working with adults and adolescents.
My approach
We all have the ability to be our best selves. My role is to help you to tap into your potential and encourage personal growth while providing the space that you need to rethink patterns of thought and behavior that no longer provide you with the outcome that you desire. Personal transformation can happen. During your therapy session, we will utilize therapeutic techniques that define your concerns and create realistic goals. I believe that the relationship between counselor and client is very important and I feel that real change begins in an environment where you feel comfortable and validated.

My journey to mental healthcare
I was drawn to becoming a therapist because it gives me the opportunity to guide people through their personal challenges while assisting in easing their daily burdens in an empowering and caring way. My training includes Client-Centered Counseling, CBT, Strength Based Therapy, Addiction Counseling, and Positive Psychology. I am looking forward to supporting you as we work together to make positive and healthy improvements in your life!
