I typically work with adults with the following conditions. relationship issues, anxiety, grief, and depression.

I am an active listener, meeting clients where they are and creating an environment that allows clients to make informed decisions.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have always had the desire to help people, focus on the positive, and look for the best in the situation. I believe that every day gives you a second chance and if I can contribute to changing my client's life it's the only motivation I need.

I use the method of helping clients create SMART goals.
My first session with you
During the first session, a client should expect an introduction but mostly the session will focus on me understanding what they would like to accomplish.
