Hi! My name is Jill Lebenson and I am an LCSW in the State of Florida. I specialize in working with females who are victims of narcissistic abuse, codependency, adult children of alcoholics/drugs, and trauma.
My approach
I do not believe there is a one size fits all approach. I tailor sessions to your needs. I incorporate the following into sessions: Compassion Focused, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Person-Centered, Trauma Focused
My focus
My most valued work is helping women who are struggling with codependency, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and adult children of alcoholics and other dysfunction. I utilize compassion-focused therapy, narrative therapy, as well as person-centered therapy.
My communication style
I strive to create an environment where you can feel safe while being vulnerable. You can feel confident in the fact that I will offer you a nonjudgmental, confidential space filled with empathy and compassion. I would be honored to share your sacred journey toward healing your inner wounds.
My journey to mental healthcare
I am very passionate about my work as a result of my own life experiences. I specialize in the areas that I genuinely understand. I have turned my pain into purpose by helping others.
