With close to 20 years of experience, Mary can assist you in overcoming many of the life challenges we all face. Her eclectic approach to therapy is very relaxed, non-judgmental, and respectful. Mary’s education and professional background in mind and body provide a unique and practical therapeutic experience. She is sensitive to your needs and your past and present life experiences. Mary is versed in various evidence-based modalities, and together, you will find the one that best suits your needs. Mary works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with mental health and behavioral issues and other diverse concerns or needs.
