My approach

Typically, the people who benefit from therapeutic services are athletic, creative, and culturally diverse. We all have our insecurities and doubts. However, harnessing our resiliency and hope strengthens the bonds we form between ourselves and our loved ones.
My communication style
Each person sets their own individualized tone within their safe and nonjudgmental space. My role is to cultivate self-expression, embellish accustomed vernacular, and provide paced interventions along our therapeutic agreements.
