Hi there, I'm Carrie!

Hi- I am Carrie Moore, a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have extensive experience with addiction, anxiety, and depression. I work with my clients to provide a safe space to facilitate the journey of healing.

My approach

I work collaboratively with my clients to assist them in achieving therapeutic goals. I rely heavily on Person-Centered, CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

My focus

I have extensive experience with addictions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the LGBTQ community.

My communication style

When working with clients, I hope to establish an effective therapeutic relationship and provide support and understanding to my clients through the entire therapeutic process. I look forward to working with you.

I have always had a passion for helping people lead their best lives. I believe that we all need support and guidance at times and I love being a part of the process.

I have a passion for helping clients to find positive solutions to lead their best lives. It is my goal to work with clients collaboratively in a safe and non-judgmental space to assist them in facilitating positive changes to reach their therapeutic goals.

My first session with you

During our first session, I simply want to get to know you. I assess goals for treatment and I like to address coping skills immediately so clients can help themselves outside of our sessions.
