Gina Torchon graduated from The University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She then completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

I utilize a Client-Centered Approach with experience in CBT and various other modalities. I believe in meeting a client where they are.

My specialties include working with life transitions, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, past trauma issues as well as mood disorders.

I provide a safe non judgmental environment that allows clients to feel safe in sharing their past and present life challenges.

Learning most individuals need to feel heard brought me to this career. Being able to improve the lives of my clients is my driving force.

First sessions are very informal and are primarily focused on the client's level of comfort and establishing rapport.
