Hi there, I'm Angela!

I understand how overwhelming therapy can be for some, and my empathy and listening skills can help put my clients at ease. I utilize a collaborative approach as you are the best expert on yourself! Sessions are a warm and trusted place to be. I use an eclectic approach to therapy and often seek training in other modalities. I was trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Prepare and Enrich (premarital and marriage assessment). Empathy and active listening skills are my greatest strengths. I am cheerful and empathetic, working well with children, adolescents, and adults.
