My name is Grace Cruz. I am a licensed mental health therapist with a passion for helping people fulfill their purpose in life. I developed multiple skills by diversifying my training in EMDR, CBT, neurocognitive education, and play therapy, among others.

I am a compassionate therapist who seeks the potential in others. My theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Attachment Theory.

My journey to mental healthcare
Since I was a young lady, I have had a passion for helping people who were struggling. Later in my life, after a hard season, I realized that counseling was more than a profession; it was part of my calling.
My goals for you
I firmly believe that my clients have the solution to their challenges. I am only a facilitator to help them find them. The work is collaborative, and together we work on the goals that the client needs to develop. My client is the expert in his life, and as a team, we will develop the winning work plan.
My first session with you
In our first session, you will find an atmosphere of acceptance. It will be a time for the client to get to know me and for me as a therapist to get to know the client. The client will have the opportunity to meet me and explain his situation to me and evaluate if I am what he is looking for as a professional. I also will be able to understand the case and decide if I have the tools that the client needs for his process of growth or resolution of the conflict for which he is seeking therapy.
