Hi there, my name is Zheng Liang, a traveling Licensed Mental Health Counselor. For the last five years, I have served my community’s most vulnerable populations: refugees, individuals with chemical dependence, domestic violence victims, and the LGBTQ+ community in Miami. My approach is culturally responsive, and I welcome everyone. To my BIPOC community, non-native English speakers, those of all beautiful shapes and sizes, and individuals with disabilities — I see you, I hear you, and I'm here for you.

I utilize techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to navigate our journey together.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to this profession was initially fueled by a desire to help individuals and families grappling with various forms of trauma. I'm particularly moved to assist those in minority communities dealing with cultural challenges and limited legal protections.
