Hello! I am Tina O'Reilly, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families in both community and private practice settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, regulating emotions, managing stress, and navigating life transitions.

My approach

I am a client-centered therapist and place much value on creating a safe space to aid in building a trusting therapeutic relationship in which my clients feel heard. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and solution-focused therapy methods to help my clients identify, set, and reach their goals.

My focus

I am currently providing individual therapy with clients ages 18 and older, specializing in anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, regulating emotions, managing stress, and navigating life transitions.

My communication style

I place much emphasis on the client-therapist relationship and do my best to create a warm, empathetic, environment conducive to open and honest communication without judgment. I practice active listening, and reflective listening skills to ensure you feel heard and understood.
