Hi there, I'm Cheryl!

Are you finding life to be stressful and difficult to cope right now? Life is challenging, especially now. I approach therapy with the intent of meeting the client where there are in their journey. Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or isolated? I find most people have spent their lives feeling invalidated and misunderstood with no way to express themselves. Then the pandemic came along and altered almost every aspect of life. I can help. Allow me to share my non-judgmental, compassionate approach to providing a safe space to heal from your past or current experiences. I provide an opportunity for growth in understanding yourself as well as others. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. It takes such courage to reach out and therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. Take the first step. Let's figure out what your needs and goals are for therapy.
