Jenna Froug

Nice to meet you! My name is Jenna and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves what I do. My clients use self-determination to work on their goals. I work with anxiety, daily struggles, compassion fatigue, ADHD, life transitions, and career stress. We will work together to build healthy coping skills.

My approach

I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach. We will work together to heal from past traumas, current stressors, and work to build future goals in whatever order and way that is the most beneficial.

My focus

I specify in helping women and working to empower women at different stages of life whether that is entering college, starting a career, or adjusting to life as is. We will work together to build coping skills and will create and establish goals to complete during therapy. Everyone's growth and development will be different and the outcome will be based on each individual. Whether new or returning to therapy it takes great strength to begin and I look forward to speaking with you soon.

My communication style

My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, and a good listener. I am solution oriented and we will work together at your pace during each stage of therapy.
