Hi. My name is Isis Daaga. I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. I like to meet people where they're at with techniques that will be beneficial for them.

My philosophy is to give people the tools they need to create positive change. I can help effectively evaluate your situation, and empower you with different strategies that will be beneficial in working through these challenges. I ensure that you feel that with me you are in a safe place to grow and explore. Some techniques I often use are cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and art therapy techniques.
My focus
I have worked with clients to navigate a wide range of challenges including anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, parenting and family issues, depression, and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
I have always been a people person. I feel comfortable talking to others and others usually feel comfortable sharing with me. I have also always wanted a career where I could help others. Being a therapist, I am able to combine these things and help people create healthy, fulfilling lives.

I will meet you right where you are and never judge you. I will evaluate your situation and give you the exact tools and strategies you need to fix issues and make the upgrades you want in your life. I will help you build healthy relationships, reduce your stress and anxiety, and learn to take care of yourself in a healthy and effective manner.
My first session with you
The first session is about building a relationship. I want to learn who you are. We will complete a biopsychosocial together so that I can gain more insight into your background and your current life. By doing this, we are able to create goals to work toward in our upcoming sessions.
