My approach
I use a multi-system approach with techniques from IFS, DBT, ACT, and CBT - mainly I believe it depends on the person and where they are to determine the approach I use.
My focus
I work with people from childhood to adulthood. Mainly, I work with people who have had to endure difficult times either with trauma, crippling anxiety, depression, and overall darkness who are looking to find a light.

I ensure to create a safe, non-judgmental space where they are free to be themselves without fear.

Everyone says they want to help, but I believe it comes second nature to me. I believe people aren't broken, just lost.

I help them navigate the waters as their co-captain, but they are ultimately the captain.
