We all have times we need to talk to someone about what is going on in our lives. That is why I am here, to offer you a way to talk about your feelings, concerns, and thoughts that can help you process in a comfortable and safe environment. I am a good listener and want to hear your personal story. In doing that, we can work together to help you achieve the balance and outcomes that you desire to live life to your fullest potential.

My approach

I am skilled in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) combined with other evidenced based Therapies to design treatment goals that fit your unique personal needs to achieve your goals for therapy.

My focus

I have experience in anxiety, depression, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissist Personality Disorder, and many other areas. I am comfortable and open to talking about any topic of concern to you. Contact me and let's get started talking and working together!

My communication style

As a therapist, I offer guidance and encouragement to help you work through any life situation. My style is to provide caring, honest support with real, honest feedback. I want you to feel safe talking about anything and everything during our sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always loved talking with people about their life experiences and becoming a Social Worker was a natural fit for me. I cannot imagine any other career that would have suited me better than what I am doing. I love being a Social Worker and getting to be part of people's lives.

I prefer a collaborative approach in which we work together to identify and reach your goals for therapy.

My first session with you

I like to start therapy with a conversation with you about what has been going on in your life, how it has affected you, and why you decided it was time to start therapy. I like to let the conversation flow and explore what it is that you want to talk about, the information you want to share in a way that helps you grow and experience therapy in a safe and productive way.
