My name is Cassie DeFeo. I am licensed as a Professional Counselor and a Registered Dietitian. I enjoy working with individuals seeking help to manage depression, anxiety, disordered eating patterns and daily stressors. I utilize an integrative therapy approach to support clients in their change process. As a dietitian and counselor, I offer a unique opportunity to help you improve your overall wellness.
