Hi there, I'm Jeri!

I work with adults and adolescents with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and transitioning out of unhealthy relationships. I empower women to build assertive communications skills and to understand how the family of origin and past experiences impact current relationship patterns. I work with couples to develop strategies to add life and love to their relationships and co-parenting strategies for parents living apart. I believe that empathy and the ability to relate to clients is a crucial components of the therapeutic environment. I understand from my own hardships the value of having a trusting therapeutic relationship in which to explore feelings and seek redirection to new opportunities.
