I work alongside adolescents, youth, adults, couples, and families to provide high-quality mental health care and promote a positive mindset for all my clients.
My communication style

My journey to mental healthcare
I started counseling my peers while attending high school. After witnessing a young lady crying under a tree, I felt helpless and straightway took the necessary steps to commence training on how to counsel my peers. I continue that journey to this day. I am passionate about helping and seeing my clients thrive and walking with my clients at their pace.
My goals for you
Creating goals is important to help me to know where I would like to see you going, during and after therapy. Following intake assessments, the focus on follow-up sessions is goal setting geared towards making smaller objectives that can take you to your ultimate goal.
My first session with you
It takes a lot of strength to make that first therapy appointment, but now that you have, welcome! During the initial session, I will ask questions to get to know you and learn more about what brought you to the session in the first place. I will assess your strengths, interests, and goals. Whatever your case may be, you’ll find that I can be a great sounding board and provide excellent resources when needed. My ultimate goal is to help you learn how to better help yourself.
