I am Tunisia Lumpford, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW #CSW006360) who has experience working with individuals, adults, and families who are facing life’s challenges that include trauma, depression, and anxiety.
My approach
I utilized Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. I have passionate about seeing you THRIVE; therefore, I would love to be a part of your journey to change your current state. My ultimate plan is to be there every step with you in order for you to experience a balance in the days ahead.
My focus
Do you worry often or feel sad most days? Do you have conflicts at home, school, or/and work? I am available to help you through those challenges. I will listen and help you with writing your story. I will help you to rejuvenate and regain balance in order to THRIVE. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with youth and their families who have experienced violence, depression, bullying, low self-esteem, and family changes.
