Hi there, I'm Yaka!

I am aboard licensed professional counselor for the State of Georgia with 16 years of experience in the provision of individual and family therapy to combat life’s stressors and daily challenges that frequently complicate the path to fulfillment. I have worked in various settings ranging from private practice to community mental health facilities dedicated to providing others with the tools necessary to cope with internal and external factors that hinder their ability to make the most of life’s journey. I have more than a decade of experience in addressing clinical diagnoses in both child and adult populations and achieving measurable successes in assisting each client with regaining control over their ability to survive and thrive in the ever-changing world. As your therapist, I will begin a partnership to help you grow and change through the therapeutic process. I am committed to working with you so that the road to recovery isn’t as cumbersome as it would be if you were attempting this feat alone.
