As a Collaborative Counseling Professional, my belief is that anyone seeking counseling should be treated with respect, dignity, and genuine care while highlighting strengths. My goal is for you to gain skills and empowering choices that improve your well-being, and relationships and to overcome challenges. My name is Sheila Woods, I have been in the counseling field for 10 years. I am board certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NCC), BA in Psychology and/or MA in Community Counseling. I also have extensive training in Individual and Family Counselling. I would love to meet with you, wherever you are in your life, to help you get to where you’d like to be!
