My eclectic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and client-centered. People are self-efficient individuals who can change when endorsed by motivation and fortitude. Everyone is equipped fundamentally with the solutions to their problems by focusing on their inner essentials of personal growth and development.
My focus
I provide individual therapy for adults, teenagers, and geriatrics. I work with those suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, anger, ADHD, relationship issues, career changes, and co-occurring issues. I will support you in attaining peace and identifying and meeting goals that improve your quality of life.
My communication style
I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment. I listen to my clients, engage honestly, and tell them what they need to hear. I also assign homework to ensure we are not just talking. The goal is to get better.

I chose to become a therapist because I love helping others help themselves so that they can live their life to the fullest. I love giving hope when people feel hopeless, inspiring others to be all they can be, so they can go out into the world and pay it forward by helping others.
My goals for you
My approach to goal setting with clients is about working together to define what you want to accomplish in our time together. This is usually done during the first session. Once we have established your goals, we will work together to achieve those goals.
My first session with you
Our first session together will be spent giving you time to know you and your needs. I will ask several questions to understand better your current symptoms and what is causing conflict in your life. This time will also be spent establishing a therapeutic alliance. I want my clients to feel comfortable enough to share their innermost feelings.
