I am affectionately known as The Life Therapist. I pride myself on teaching my clients the tough topic that we all didn’t learn in school: life. I am committed to working with individuals and families who are seeking to identify their strengths, discover skills to accomplish goals or recover from life challenges. My mission is to create a virtual environment that encourages self-exploration, growth, and positive change.

My focus
I help my clients move past a place of hopelessness to hopefulness in every area of their lives. I specialize in assisting individuals with anxiety, ADHD, depression, coping skills, family conflict, women's issues, sexual orientation, stress, self esteem, school issues, job stress, and LGBTQIA+ matters.

My communication style aims to be clear, direct, and compassionate. I believe in fostering an open dialogue where clients feel heard, understood, and supported on their therapeutic journey.
