I’m here to help you navigate these complexities of life by providing empathetic listening and providing a safe, non-judgmental space where the work can begin. I have extensive experience aiding adults in effectively managing and overcoming depression, anxiety, addiction, and a myriad of other issues. Each person is unique, and your own individual needs must be addressed. I have become well-versed in multiple treatment modalities and will apply these in our work to fit your individual needs. At the core of our work, I maintain a person-centered approach and fully believe that the answers you seek are within you. I am merely a catalyst to support you in finding them in our journey to foster growth and change. This next step can be difficult and even frightening for some.
